What this demo collects

As little as possible. The contact form runs only in your browser and is discarded when you press send. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The voice assistant works only if you press "Talk by voice" and allow your microphone. While you talk, your voice is sent to the services that make her work: Vapi (the voice platform), Daily (the audio connection), Deepgram (speech to text), OpenAI (the language model) and ElevenLabs (her voice), through a short-lived token issued by Devaland's own server. The audio is not recorded. The text of the conversation stays in the voice platform's call log for a limited time (14 days on our plan) and is then deleted. If you type a message instead, it is sent to Devaland's own server and to Anthropic (the language model for text chat) to produce the answer; Devaland does not store what you type or the reply, and the chat is gone when you close the page. She does not ask for your name, phone number or email, so please do not say or type them. A call ends after 5 minutes.

Browser storage

The assistant remembers, in your browser's local storage, that you closed its invitation bubble, so it does not reappear on every page. This value never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Server logs

Like any website, the hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting, for the retention period of that provider.

Your rights

If you believe we hold personal data about you, you can ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to Devaland Marketing S.R.L., Romania, CUI 50841395, office@devaland.com. Residents of the European Union may also complain to their data protection authority.
